PWT buys clothing label Bison
PWT A/S, which is behind menswear chains Tøjeksperten and Wagner and wholesale company Texman, have purchased the rights for menswear label Bison.
Bison, which was established in 1961, becomes part of PWT A/S brand portfolio, which now counts among other brands, Lindbergh, Shine, Jack, Morgan, Huzar, Oscar, Lindbergh CPH, Jack Ashore, and others.
Bison moves to PWT A/S headquarters in Aalborg, and will provide immediate synergies in design, procurement, production, marketing and sales.
The first Bison collections developed in Aalborg will be delivered in stores for spring / summer 2010.
