Code Of Conduct

We at Texman are fully committed to fulfilling the conditions set by the ILO Conventions, No. 29 and No. 105 (forced labour) as well as No. 138 (child labour)

The Texman code of conduct is based on the standards set by the ILO conventions. The code of conduct is directed at any Texman supplier, and his subcontractors.

Texman firmly opposes forced labour and the exploitation of children. We expect nothing less from our suppliers, and require that they follow the ILO conventions as well.

Our buyers travel the world to find those suppliers who will strive to meet the conditions set.

We use suppliers all over the world, and all of our suppliers, and their subcontractors, has agreed to random inspections, so that we can make sure that they operate by our standards.
